Varaidzo Bvirindi of Zimbabwe is the recipient of the California-Pacific Direct Scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year.  Varaidzo is a first-year student enrolled in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Because of the faithfulness of the California-Pacific Annual Conference to this ministry, the young men and women of Africa, like Varaidzo, are being given the precious gift of a first-rate university education which will enable them to transform their lives, communities, and nations.

The scholarship is the result of the Africa University Offering taken at Annual Conference 2013.
