Who needs to do training?

• Required for all local churches, camps, and ministries.
• Employees require a one-hour training.
• Supervisors (pastors) require a two-hour training.

How frequently? 

• Every 2 years.

Where is the training?

In2vate – also known as iLearningEngines

Registration

• Each church administrator asks HUB to register the church in Philadelphia Insurance’s In2vate/iLearningEngines 
• Administrator at church assigns training to all staff
• District Office monitors compliance
• Clergy take the training through their church
• Only applies to retired clergy if they are working in retirement at a local church
• The program through in2vate is currently available in English and Spanish.
• For clergy and lay staff at churches, training conducted in Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese or Tagalog may be done through:
  • CRD (Civil Rights Department)

    No cost to the church.
