Instructions from the Conference Secretary on formatting and submission of Reports, Resolutions, and Rules are now available HERE (PDF).

• Reports are due by April 15. (If part of an Essential Ministry Team, submit to EMT before the April 15 due date.)
• Resolutions are due by April 15.
• Rules changes are due by March 15.

No flyers, brochures, handouts, etc., will be handed out or available at the registration area. Only approved Annual Conference Business items will be distributed on the plenary floor.

The 39th Annual Session of the California-Pacific Conference will be held June 14-17, 2023, in Los Angeles, CA; District Conferences will be held over April 29 and May 6. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
