Dear Church Leaders,

Welcome to the New Year! Congratulations for successfully transitioning to the General Council on Finance and Administration’s (GCFA) new system, ACStats. We are now going on the second year with ACStats and together we will have another fruitful reporting season.

The Tables are now open for you to enter your 2023 information.

The GCFA has added a new question this year to help capture members received from a closed church under line 2g. This question will help track membership received from closed churches – this can be from churches that have closed or lay members that are counted within your membership as at large that are attending your church from closed churches.

Please check out Guide to reporting Statistics for 2023, which will also provide you with your user ID and password along with other valuable information.

• Deadline: The deadline to submit 2023 Tables is Friday, April 5, 2024.
• FAQ: Please take a moment to review our Frequently Asked Questions. You may find your particular question has already been answered!
• We’ll be providing an online training on Thursday, February 8, 2024, 4:30-5:30 PM PST (2:30 PM HST/10:30 AM Friday ChST).

Although there is plenty of time to collect and submit the required statistics before the deadline, we know that extraordinary circumstances sometimes arise that may prevent this. If this happens in your church, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you with alternative arrangements to meet the deadline.

Generating a complete statistical picture of the conference is an important task, and results in a vital tool to assist the Church in numerous ways, including church development. If you have questions about any of the items on the reports which are not answered in this document or on our web section, please contact us!
