Developing Personnel Policies (SPRC 202): a training part of the Cal-Pac Learning Lab series

led by Jan Hanson, Cal-Pac HR Director

This workshop will focus on practical information that may be used in the development of policies for non-appointed church staff. A sample handbook that can be adapted by the SPRC to the unique circumstances of each church will be provided.

All are invited to attend this presentation. This seminar is particularly relevant for SPRC chairpersons, SPRC members, clergy appointed to local churches, and church employees that manage employees.

• Technical requirements: To participate in Zoom meetings, participants must have a reliable Internet connection, and a laptop, tablet, or smartphone device that can download and install the Zoom app. A web or phone camera and a microphone are highly recommended, although some users may call in via phone if a mic is not available.
