About the Workshops:

• Presenters: The facilitators for this event are Rev. Dr. Michael Beck and Rev. Jill Beck from the Florida Conference. They are co-pastors of two “Inherited” churches and a network of 13 Fresh Expressions. Michael Beck is also on staff with Path 1, the new church branch of Discipleship Ministries.
• What to Expect: We will learn the Why, What, and How of Fresh Expressions, and be encouraged to prayerfully consider a Fresh Expressions experiment. We will hear the story of what is already happening with Fresh Expressions around the world and in the US, and consider ways to nurture and start Fresh Expressions through our churches and outside our churches in the California-Pacific Conference.
• Host: This event is hosted by the Connectional Ministries of Cal-Pac. We are excited for this opportunity to work with you more closely! The point organizer is Rev. Ken Suhr, Director of Leadership and Congregational Vitality, assisted by Rev. Jennifer Burns and John Burns, Fresh Expressions practitioners from Shepherd of the Hills.
