To apply for and receive funding from the Congregational Vitality EMT, please follow the steps below:
The Logic Model- Prayerfully discern and discuss with others how you would fill in the Logic Model available at this link, or email Rev. Ken Suhr, ksuhr@calpacumc.org, for a copy of the Logic Model.
Conversation with the CV EMT- Fill out and email the Logic Model to Rev. Sione Finau, the Congregational Vitality Chair, nmchair@calpacumc.org, to set up a conversation to discuss the potential ministry.
Training and Support- The CV EMT will work with you to find and support the appropriate training, workshops, and resources for you and your team to go through as you prepare to revitalize or start a new ministry or initiative.
Application for Funding- Submit an LOI (Letter of Intent) and the Logic Model to your DPAS (District Planning and Strategy) and the CV EMT. DPAS will need to approve the proposal before forwarding it to the CV EMT.
Funding- If the DPAS and CV EMT approve the ministry proposal, a funding amount and schedule will be determined.
