The California-Pacific Conference uses Ministry Safe, a comprehensive training and compliance platform, to conduct background checks and training.  Every church is set up in the Ministry Safe portal, with either your SPRC chair or pastor as the administrator.  Please reach out to them for help getting your background check. 

All clergy and Lay Persons Assigned, paid church staff and volunteers that work with children, youth, and/or vulnerable adults are required to complete a background check, abuse prevention training, and Livescan fingerprinting.
