The California-Pacific United Methodist Foundation is pleased to announce that the 2026 Ministry Grant Program is now officially open!

One of our greatest joys at the Foundation is “seeding” the innovative and impactful work happening across our Conference. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, these grants are designed to further the reach of your programs and empower your mission and ministry.

Focus Areas & Categories

We are currently accepting applications for new or existing programs in the following areas:

• Children & Youth: Innovative ministries for kids (under 10) and youth (grades 6-12).
• Urban & Senior Adult Ministries: Programs serving our cities and those aged 65+.
• Growth & Evangelism: Initiatives focused on expanding the reach of the Gospel.
• International Work Teams: Sponsored missions outside of the United States.

Important Dates to Remember

• March 4, 2026: Application Deadline
• April 7, 2026: Notification of Status
• April 15, 2026: Grants Funded

Funding Details

To support as many local initiatives as possible, typical awards range from $500 to $2,000. While these grants cannot be used for staff salaries or building projects, they are the perfect “seed” for your programmatic mission work.
