With the theme “Ending Spiritual & Physical Hunger: Cherish!” the 41st Annual Session of the California-Pacific Conference will be held June 11-14, 2025 in Indian Wells, CA.

A late fee of $50 will be charged for registrations after Monday, May 19, 2025. The last day to register online is Saturday, June 7, 2025.

The 2025 Annual Conference will be held at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells.

Reservations for hotel rooms can be made at this link or by calling 760-773-4444 and mentioning the Cal-Pac UMC group. The deadline to reserve is May 20, 2025, or when all rooms in our block are fully booked.

Key Information:

  • Accessible rooms are available; contact the hotel directly at 760-773-4444 and mention the Cal-Pac UMC group to reserve.
  • Special meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be purchased during conference registration, all other meals are on your own. There are several on-site restaurants available. 
  • On-site self parking when booked through our group rate is $12 per day per car. Online reservations may include self-parking expenses, but they will not be added to your account until you check-in with a vehicle. Electric Car Charging Stations are also available.
  • A reduced resort fee of $5 per day will apply when booked through our group rate.
  • Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $50 per stay; a maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed.

Lay equalization is the process by which the conference balances the number of voting lay persons (“Lay Members”) with the number of Clergy Members (with vote). The process is explained in Conference Rules IV.A (2024 Journal Section I). Calculations are based on local church membership as of December 31, 2023 as reported in Table 1, line 4^ and clergy membership as of October 1, 2024*.
