Cal-Pac Young People’s Ministries is letting you know about an event where you can join Dr. Kendra Creasy Dean, other experts, and a community of youth workers in Nashville, Tennessee, January 22-24, 2020, for Cultivate 2020, a thoughtful conversation surrounding youth ministry. Cultivate 2020, from the Center for Youth Ministry Training, will explore how youth workers can engage theology and innovation in their ministries to lead young people to lives that flourish.

Each main session is centered around a realistic case study drawn from actual youth ministry experiences. Dialogue Partners will lend their expertise and wisdom to addressing the real-life case study before participants are set free to converse in small groups of youth workers to address the case study themselves.

In each session participants will have the opportunity to hear multiple solutions and approaches from other youth workers and experts in the room — ways of responding that will expand your thoughts, theology and ways of responding.

Cultivate is a unique youth ministry conference because it is not a conference – it is a conversation. The purpose of Cultivate is to create thoughtful conversations geared toward helping youth workers minister in today’s world.
