Enrollment Period: November 7-29, 2023
There are no plan changes to our current health and dental plans through the Conference, and they will continue to be available in 2024. If you are enrolled and satisfied with your health/dental plans, there is no need to fill out any new forms, as they will continue into 2024.
You only need to fill out an enrollment form if:
- you are not enrolled but would like to be,
- you wish to switch plans, or
- you would like to add/remove your dependent(s).
An email notification has been sent to all Cal-Pac churches, clergy in local churches, and SPRC Chairs. Please refer to the email notice for more information.
To make changes effective January 1, 2024, please submit completed Enrollment/Change forms by November 29, 2023.
