As we stand on the precipice of change not just in the world emerging slowly from the pandemic, but also in our global and local church, we realize we may never have such a unique opportunity to re-imagine how we do ministry and serve as the body of Christ in the world.

To this end and as a launching of this process, we will be holding stakeholder interviews across the conference. This is YOUR chance to have input into what this change looks like and how we reshape the ways in which we are called to make disciples for the transformation of the world.

Please take some time to complete the initial questionnaire with this email. This survey will be followed up with small group Zoom interview sessions where we can dig deeper and ask more qualitative questions. Separate meetings will be held for clergy and for laity.

Each pastor will designate two laity, a lay person in elected leadership and a lay person not in elected leadership, to attend the Zoom follow up meeting. Several meetings will be organized for clergy within their District.

There are no right or wrong answers to this, just an opportunity to dream big, envision anew, and answer our call to serve in this new world.
