The period for free registration for Annual Conference ends soon. The last day for Clergy Members and Lay Members to register for free is Monday, June 1. Beginning Tuesday, June 2, all Clergy Members and Lay Members are required to pay a $50 registration fee.
District Conferences and Annual Conference will all be held in a virtual environment this year via Zoom Webinar*.
To successfully participate in these events, Clergy and Lay Members should click here to review the virtual meeting technology requirements and be sure they have installed the latest update for Zoom by May 30. Participants will need to have Zoom 5.0 for District and Annual Conference in order to fully participate. Read more about how to download the latest version and why you need the latest version here.

- Demonstration – Attend a Conference-sponsored Zoom Webinar demo and learning session. RSVP via the button below.
- If you are a Clergy Member or Lay Member of the Annual Conference, remember to register for Annual Conference.
- If you are a non-voting layperson interested in the Annual Conference events, you are welcome to watch the livestream on the conference website at https://www.calpacumc.org/ac2020 during the Sessions on Thursday, June 18 – Saturday, June 20, 2020.
