Annual Conference is the annual meeting of Clergy and elected Lay Members of local churches and District Conferences, serving in specified District and Conference leadership roles. They meet to fellowship, learn, worship, and make decisions about the business of the Conference for the coming year. These individuals must register to attend and participate.  

With the theme “Restoration: Parables of the Pandemic” based on the passage of Luke 15:11-32, the 37th Session of the Cal-Pac Annual Conference will meet from June 17–19 in a Zoom Webinar virtual environment this year. Advance registration is required for voting Clergy and Lay Members. 

The District Conferences are the annual meetings of Clergy Members and United Methodists in each district area. At District Conference, district leaders are elected, district business is conducted, and all United Methodists from your district area can fellowship and worship together.

All districts of the California-Pacific Conference will meet on Saturday, May 22, 2021, in a Zoom Webinar virtual environment. Advance registration is required. Register by Thursday, May 20, 2021 to get your link for District Conference by email.

Other United Methodists who are not elected Lay Members or voting Clergy Members of the Annual Conference will be able to watch the Annual Conference live on our website at www.calpacumc.org/ac2021.
