For those who still need a hotel reservation, we have negotiated rooms directly across the street at the Crowne Plaza Orange County Costa Mesa (located at 3131 Bristol St.) for the reduced room rate of $165/night plus taxes and parking at $16/night. Use group code UMC if it is not pre-filled in the Group Code field. The discounted rate will expire Monday, June 6, 2022 or earlier if the room block sells out.

Other United Methodists who are not elected Lay Members or voting Clergy Members of the Annual Conference will be able to watch the Annual Conference live on our website at calpacumc.org/ac2022.

The last day to register for Annual Conference for free is Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Clergy and Lay Members registering for Annual Conference on Thursday, May 26, or after will be charged a $50 late registration fee.

The Annual Conference has exhibit table applications open for the in-person event in Costa Mesa as well. If you or your organization wants to sponsor a table during the in-person event, you can complete an application on our website at calpacumc.org/ac2022.
