Your annual conference team can’t wait to welcome you to the 41st Annual Session of the California-Pacific Conference, where we will focus on our theme, “Ending Spiritual & Physical Hunger: Cherish!”
You can now register in 3 Steps:

- Fill out the online registration form.
- Complete payment – your invoice will be emailed to you after you complete registration.
Information for Youth & Children:
- Youth Liability Release Form
- Children’s Registration: Complete for ALL children who are not youth who are attending, even if they will not be in childcare.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The 2025 Annual Conference will be held at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells.
Reservations for hotel rooms can be made at this link or by calling 760-773-4444 and mentioning the Cal-Pac UMC group. The deadline to reserve is May 20, 2025, or when all rooms in our block are fully booked.
