Our Cal-Pac Disaster Response Task Force is calling for volunteer painters for a one day Paint-a-thon for smoke damaged homes in the Woolsey fire coming up on March 20, 2020, 8AM – 4PM, in Seminole Springs, CA.
Volunteers must commit to the entire day. No specific disaster response training or experience is required. Also, no special equipment is required other than proper personal protection equipment and, of course, a sack lunch.
Volunteers must sign-up via email to Judy Lewis (dfjklewis@aol.com), Disaster Response Coordinator, by March 6, 2020.
The Paint-a-thon is part of the Woolsey Fire Long Term Recovery Group. The houses to be painted are all approved by the disaster case managers. We will be partnering with Habitat and a few others for this work day.
