This is a Fun, Relaxed day of Conversation, Fellowship and Listening taking place at
Camp Wrightwood
(1401 Linnet Rd, Wrightwood, CA 92397)
Saturday, Jul 25th 10:00am – 10:00pm
The Purpose: To bring together a group of multi-cultural/multi-ethnic young adults in a relaxing, welcoming, stress-free environment to connect with one another and hear about their concerns, anxieties, hopes & dreams while experiencing true listening and honest conversations.
What’s on the Agenda:
● A Wonderful Morning Hike with Great Views
● A Great Lunch w/Icebreakers & Table talk
● A Time of Worship, Conversation & Listening
● Swim/Pool Party w/DJ
● A Great Dinner with more Conversation
● Volleyball & Challenge Games
● Stargazing & Camp Fire w/Devotion & Listening
● Music, Board Games & Chill Space w/Snacks
Overnight accommodations are available with Breakfast and a Morning Devotion for those who would like to stay overnight.
What to bring: hiking shoes/tennis, swimsuit, towel, water bottle (bring a sleeping bag or sheets & blanket w/toiletries if considering the overnight option)
Cost: Only $20, and scholarships are available.

D S. Garth Gilliam will be joining us part of the day to listen & learn what Young Adults are concerned about – their anxieties, frustrations & hopes
In the past, we have traditionally called this multi-cultural event “HARAMBEE” – a Swahili word that translates to “all pull together”
