This class is open to participants in all Cal-Pac districts. Class size is limited to 30. 

UMVIM Team Leader training will cover basic principles of team leadership, mission possibilities, organizing a mission trip, team orientation, and team insurance.

If you are planning on leading a mission team in 2025 or later for youth or adults, this is the course that you should take to prepare for your mission and future missions. Some mission sites will only accept a team with a trained team leader.

This course is being organized and taught by the Conference UMVIM Coordinator Susan Harriss, an experienced team leader. Attendance is required at the entire session to complete certification.
