Cost: The fees for this event are
- Adult and Bridging, residential: $300

Study Classes: The following classes are offered for Mission u participants. Each study has required reading. - Finding Peace in an Anxious World: This is a study on how to use strategies to experience peace and find refuge, even while living in a world full of trouble. (Offered in English, Korean, Spanish, Tongan, Bridging, Youth, and Children)
- Bridging Class: The make-up of the bridging class is intentionally intergenerational on a one-to-one basis. Our hope is to encourage young women ages 18-22 matched
one-to-one with persons 23 and up to attend Mission u and to help them discover UMW. The study will be “Finding Peace in an Anxious World.” (English only) - Pushout – The Criminalization of Black Girls in Schools: Pushout shows how even with obstacles, stigmas, stereotypes and despair, black girls still find ways to breathe remarkable dignity into their lives in classrooms, juvenile facilities and beyond, and challenges the rest of us to do the same. (English only)
- Women United for Change (150 Years in Mission): This is the second in a two-year study commemorating United Methodist Women’s 150th anniversary in 2019 and the movement that brought women into the forefront of Christian ministry. (English only)
Medical Authorization & Liability Release: Azusa Pacific University requires all participants to turn in a signed emergency medical authorization and liability release. Click here for this document.
