It is with sadness that we inform you of the death of Rev. Charles Elkins, a retired member of the California-Pacific Conference, on June 30, 2022. We recently became aware.

Rev. Elkins is survived by his spouse, Leila, and children: Michael, Janice, Denise, and Michele.

A memorial service has been held.
