What are your plans for the rest of 2017?

In the spirit of “From Here to There” you have the opportunity to host missionaries at various times during June through December, 2017. Please take a look at the dates below and get back to me so that I can assist you in making connections. Missionaries come and share their story of work in mission in the US and around the world. They will speak to any size gathering, in a home, church, or the local coffee hangout. We have some “helpful hints in hosting missionaries” that we share when your church sets a date.

• Rev. Claudia Genung-Yamamoto – Japan (July various dates)
• Rev. Samuel (Sam) Om – Cambodia (July 8-July14)
• Eumin Kim and Prumeh Lee – Kazakhstan (July 26-August 1) Locations at Korean churches and overnight hosts have already been scheduled by missionaries.
• Rev. Richard Navarro and Rev. Alma Navarro – Taiwan (August 13-16 in CA / Aug 17-23 in HI)
• Rev. Ut Van To and Rev. Karen Vo-To – Vietnam /Southeast Asia (August 29-September 6, 2017)
• Quynh Nguyen – Vietnam (Nov 5-Nov 19)
• Rev. Young Cho and Rev Susanna Cho (Dec 2 – 10)

The bios of each are located in the 2017 Missionary Directory or online at umcmission.org/missionary. If you did not pick up a directory at the Missionary Luncheon or the GBGM booth, please let us know and we can mail or email you a copy.
