Do you show movies or clips during your church services or activities?
Cal-Pac partners with Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) to offer licenses for local churches to screen movies on their church property. Their Church Video License provides legal coverage for showing films and scenes during ministry programs such as church movie events, sermons, and small group discussions. If your church does not show movies or clips, you do not need this license.
Cal-Pac Communications purchases annual CVLI licenses in bulk to offer a lower price for our local churches. The cost for each license for 2026 is $162.
Each local church must opt-in to be covered under the license. If you wish to opt in or renew the license through the Conference for the 2026 year, complete the CVLI Request Form at this link.
Churches may sign up throughout the year, but to ensure coverage for all of 2026, please complete your request by Thursday, January 22, 2026. Charges will be included on your bills from the Conference Center in the next 1-2 billing cycles, and licenses will be sent via email once processed by CVLI.
Note: The CVLI Church Video License is a separate license from the Church Copyright License for music offered by Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI). Music licenses must be purchased directly from CCLI and more information can be found on their website.
