First United Methodist Church of San Fernando is seeking a worship accompanist for Sunday morning worship. Worship is about one hour, with a small and welcoming congregation.
Worship typically includes three congregational hymns/songs, primarily from the United Methodist Hymnal, with occasional selections from The Faith We Sing. Additional responsibilities include prelude, postlude, one special music piece with our singer, and a brief offertory.
This could be a temporary position for the next three months, with the possibility of continuing longer. Piano accompaniment preferred. Organists can also apply.
