The United Methodist Ecumenical and Interreligious Training (UMEIT USA) is the main avenue through which annual conferences can send representatives to be trained on ecumenical and interreligious ministries through The United Methodist Church. Your Council of Bishops Office of Christian Unity and Interreligious Relationships (OCUIR) encourages each annual conference to send a representative to this annual event.

These two training events – NWCU and UMEIT USA – will be held simultaneously April 18-21, 2016 in Louisville, Kentucky. All who are interested are welcome to attend. Registration is now open at the button below!

Scholarships are available to seminary students who feel called to this particular ministry, to attend the National Workshop on Christian Unity (NWCU) and the United Methodist Ecumenical and Interreligious Training (UMEIT USA) for their first time.
