The Rev. Myron Wingfield, currently the Assistant General Secretary for Clergy Life in the Division of Ordained Ministry at the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry (GBHEM) will begin as the Associate General Secretary for the Division of Ordained Ministry on September 29, 2014.

Bishop Minerva G. Carcaño says, “We give God thanks for our brother Myron’s excellent leadership through our GBHEM.  It is such a privilege to share him with our connectional family.  We are lifting up prayers for Myron.  May God continue to use Myron’s great God-given gifts for this ministry God has called him to.”

Rev. Myron Wingfield was formerly the District Superintendent of the San Diego District of the California-Pacific Conference.
