Holman United Methodist Church will be hosting its annual Black College Summit on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. Holman UMC is located at 3320 Adams Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90018.
Over 20 Historically Black College and University (HBCU) Admissions representatives will attend from their institutions, providing vital school information. Some will offer on-site admissions and scholarships. Local alums will represent additional HBCUs.
A scholarship workshop will inform students and parents how to find and apply for scholarships.
There is plenty of parking at the church. High School Seniors and community college transfer students should bring at least five copies of unofficial transcripts.
