Miracle Sunday 2026

United Methodist leaders are inviting 30,000 congregations and their pastors worldwide into a God-led, Holy Spirit-empowered six-week emphasis, Love Boldly, Serve Joyfully, and Lead Courageously. This emphasis will equip congregations through a worship and small group series to extend the vision of the church and receive a special offering to help support 500 students annually to prepare for pastoral ministry across Africa, Europe, and the Philippines.

You are invited to lead your congregation in a six-week worship and small group series designed to help you explore our new vision and to help establish sustainable support for theological education in Africa, Europe, and the Philippines.

The series moves through the following topics:

  • Week 1 – Disciples Formed by Jesus Christ
  • Week 2 – Disciples Empowered by the Holy Spirit
  • Week 3 – Love Boldly
  • Week 4 – Serve Joyfully
  • Week 5 – Lead Courageously
  • Week 6 -Disciples Transform the World – Miracle Sunday

In the California-Pacific Conference, we encourage you to complete this series in your church before October 11. You can donate your church’s contributions at this link.
