Openings are available now, with selections made by the Nominations Committee and elections as needed by the Annual Conference. Terms typically last four years, depending on committee rules.

- Commission on Archives & History — preserves the history of the California-Pacific Conference and its churches.
- Committee to Strengthen the Black Church – develops and implements plans to increase the health and vitality of Black churches.
- Camp & Retreat Ministry Council – oversees the effective management and development of Cal-Pac Camps and retreats and their programs.
- Council on Christian Unity and Interreligious Relationships – develops and implements plans to educate the conference on the importance of ecumenical and interfaith relations and builds relationships for collaborative ministry with ecumenical and interfaith partners.
- Communications Commission – supports strategic communications of Cal-Pac ministries, initiatives, and partnerships.
- Commission on Equitable Compensation – manages the equitable compensation program for clergy, ensuring that pastors serving financially strained congregations receive adequate compensation.
- Council on Finance & Administration – partners with the conference treasurer to oversee the financial planning and management processes of the conference, including but not limited to budgeting and audits.
- Higher Education & Campus Ministry Council – develops and supports ministries involving college students.
- Hispanic Committee — develops and implements plans to increase the health and vitality of Hispanic/Latino churches.
- Justice & Compassion Essential Ministry Team – oversees ministries related to social justice and community care.
- Council on Korean Ministry — develops and implements plans to increase the health and vitality of Korean churches.
- Laity Council – oversees the equipping and engagement of Laity in ministry and service.
- Leadership & Discipleship Essential Ministry Team – oversees the development and support of faith formation and evangelism activities.
- Native American Committee — develops and implements plans to increase the health and vitality of Native American ministries.
- New Ministries Essential Ministry Team – oversees the creation and sustainability of innovative and impactful churches and ministries.
- Nominations Committee – identifies and places lay and clergy leaders on conference committees where their interests and gifts can help to advance ministry.
- Pacific Islanders Committee — develops and implements plans to increase the health and vitality of Pacific Islander churches.
- Board of Pension & Health Benefits – oversees the administration of the conference pension and benefits program in partnership with the Director of Human Resources.
- Commission on Religion & Race – works for the full inclusion of people of color in the total life and ministry of the church.
- Rules Committee – ensures that proposed legislation is in compliance with the rules of the conference.
- Commission on the Status & Role of Women – works for the full inclusion of women in the total life and ministry of the church.
- Board of Trustees – oversees property and related matters in the conference.
- Young Adult Ministries Council – oversees the development of programs that engage and support young adults.
- Youth Ministries Council — oversees the development of programs that engage and support youth in the conference.
