General Training: Tuesday, October 6, 7 pm PDT (4 pm HST)
Salary & Benefits Forms: Tuesday, October 13, 1 pm PDT (10 am HST)
Due dates and requirements vary for each form. Refer to the form introductions for deadlines. You might also find Appendix A Charge Conference Form Overview (.doc) helpful.
